We are very excited to add the inaugural Lough Boora 10km Night Run to our event calendar in 2020. The award winning Lough Boora Discovery Park in Co Offaly is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages and we are delighted to be teaming up with put Bord na Mona for this special event. The 10km trail run starts at the Blue Thomas the Tank engine feature before ascending under a full moon through the sculpture park.

The award winning Lough Boora Discovery Park in Co Offaly is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages and we are delighted to be teaming up with put Bord na Mona for this special event.
The 10km trail run starts at the Blue Thomas the Tank engine feature before ascending under a full moon through the sculpture park.
Competitors will traverse wearing head torches in a 10km fully way marker looped route around the Discovery Park.
Registration time is from 6pm to 7;15pm sharp and will take place in at the Lough Boora Cafe. You can collect your race number from the registration team.
The run will start at 7;30pm sharp. This will be a mass start. If you are not too worried about your time please allow the faster runners to set off first. While this is a fun run, we will be giving out prizes for the 1st male and female to complete the course.
Both the 10km Kinnitty Castle Knight Run and the Lough Boora Night Run will be now become a Two Race Night series with limited special edition interlocking bespoke medals for all competitors who take part in what will be the only Night Run Series in the Midlands.
