The 5th Annual Galway Sports Partnership 10k will take place in Labane, Ardrahan on Sunday April 17th at Noon. The race will be held in conjunction with Ardrahan AED, Ardrahan GAA Club and Galway Sports Partnership.The key aim of the Galway Sports Partnership is to increase participation in sport and physical activity in the county and we invite all the club runners, Meet & Train/Fit4life groups and walkers around the county to participate in this 10k run/walk event.

A “Run a mile 4 ur club” fun event for children, in conjunction with Ardrahan Juvenile GAA Club will take place before the main 10k event at 11.15AM.

Organisers Instructions

The 10km route is a one loop flat course in scenic surroundings overlooking the beautiful views of the Burren. The start and finish location is at Labane Hall and passing the townlands of Ballymaquiff, Ballyglass West,Chessy, Cahermore, Lydican and returning through Ballymaquiff . See here.

Car parking facilities will be provided at Labane School carpark ,Church carpark,Bradleys Lounge carpark and Quinns Hardware car park.
