Cuisle Accessible Holiday Resort is delighted to host our annual 10k road race and 6k fun run / walk. This event is aimed at people of all fitness levels including competitive runners, joggers, walkers and people with reduced mobility. The AAI measured routes start and finish at Cuisle on the grounds of Donamon Castle.

We have cash prizes for male and female winners as well as age categories.

We also provide custom designed technical  T shirts for all adult participants. This year we have added a bespoke medal for the first 300 competitors registered.

After the race showers will be available as well as an array of refreshments. Ample parking is available. This is a beautiful scenic route taking in the River Suck and finishing at the entrance gates of Ireland’s oldest inhabited castle, Donamon Castle.

Cuisle Accessible Holiday Resort is the Irish Wheelchair Association’s National Holiday Centre and is based on the magnificent grounds of Donamon Castle, which is 9 miles from Roscommon town.
