The Christmas Run now in its 11th year has developed into much more than ‘a run’. It represents for many people a platform to stand up and show support for people who experience depression and show that it’s okay to talk about your mental health. Many participants on our run have personal experience of depression and take part to remind themselves how far they have come on their own journey.
