RACE REPORT

 

The Pigsback 5k / 10k for Marie Keating Foundation was held this morning in the phoenix park. the event has a real feel good and fun element to it while also raising awareness and fund for Marie Keating foundation.

 

The organisers welcome all participants by having 2 distances, so something to suit all.  The event kicked off with local gospel choir entertaining the crowds before heading to the start lines.

 

 

The winner of the 10k race was Gavin Lynch with Jennifer Duffy leading the women home.
