My Father's Day Run - 5k / 10k / Half Marathon

Celebrate the father's in your life while keeping active and take part in this FREE virtual event. Pick your distance & location anywhere in the world and log your time from June 14th to June 27th

Entry is FREE with an option to donate to The Mater Foundation while supporting Men's Health Week Ireland.

Option to purchase event merchandise - 1/4 zip long sleeve running top / snood / medal.

Merchandise cost is purchase of items plus p&p not a donation. Merchandise is limited & will be send out in from June 21st.

International Men's Health Week (MHW) always begins on the Monday before Father's Day and ends on Father's Day itself. During 2021, it will run from Monday 14th until Sunday 20th June.

MHW is celebrated in many European countries, as well as in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and a number of other places worldwide. The overall aims of the week are to:

Heighten awareness of preventable health problems for males of all ages.
Support men and boys to engage in healthier lifestyle choices / activities.
Encourage the early detection and treatment of health difficulties in males.
Each year, there is also a specific theme. During 2021, the island of Ireland will be focusing upon 'Making the Connections', and everyone is being asked to 'check in, check up and check it out' - as we continue to try to overcome the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
