Our course of man-made and natural obstacles which includes ditches, ropes, slides, pits, canals, lakes, forests, tyres and of course lots of MUCK, will take you through the stunning private grounds of Ballinlough Castle. MUCK IT! is an event for everyone from newly fledged 5k joggers to the mega-competitive 10k racer looking for something different. Participants can register to complete 1 lap (5k) or 2 laps (10k) and aim for the best time on the day. Run as an individual or team of four, find 3 friends willing to pull you out of a sticky spot, register your team name and sign up to the team online. The course (see our MAP from last year) will allow you to push your mental and physical agility having great craic in the process. You will also get a FREE Muck It! T-Shirt to wear with pride. Register in advance online and then just turn up on the day. We will tell you what to bring, how to get there, and @TeamMuckIt will get you ready on the day with entertainment and a warm up in front of Ballinlough Castle itself.
