MSB St Patrick’s Festival of Races

This St. Patricks Weekend, you have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of great running legends. Make your own history on the official European Cross-Country course where Jakob Ingebrigtsen from Norway won gold, where Irish Olympians Fionnuala McCormack and Sarah Healy have battled and where our own Scott Fagan won a famous silver for Ireland.

The new MSB festival race will take you around the prestigious Sport Ireland National Cross-Country track in Abbottstown where the European Cross-Country Championships were held last December.

The races cater to all ages and abilities and the staggered times ensure a fun and lively atmosphere, where participants and spectators will line the route to cheer you on!

Families can enter our Fittest Family 1.5km Competition as well as a junior 3.5km and adult 5km race length. Postrace, participants can enjoy festival fun and there are prizes a plenty to be won.

Corporate team challenge: Why not sign up with a team of 4 work mates and freinds for fun day out. Help build team spirit and a chance to socialise outside of the work environment. 

So this St. Patricks weekend, can you avoid the snakes, the mud and the elbows and power across that finish line?

Entry fees:

Adult 5k - 20euro

Juvenille 3.5k - 15euro

Family 1.5k - 50euro  (entry to Fittest Family 1.5k fun run plus option to take part in 3.5k or 5k races)

Entry fees including chipped race numbers posted out the week before event.
