EVENT REPORT

Mallow AC hosted their annual 10 Mile race with great success.  A total of 1,300 registered for the race. This is one of Corks and Munsters top 10 mile races. 

 

The very much inform Ryan Creech of Leevale AC had another great win. There was quality follwing behind with the top 10 all under 55mins. In 2nd place was Niall Shanahan of An Bru AC and Dean Casey in 3rd. Runners from all parts of the country attended today's race. This shows the standing and high profile of the event. 

 

The women's winner was also a Leevale Athlete Niamh Moore winning in a time of 59:37. In 2nd was Catherine Murphy of Eagle AC with Orla Byrne of St. Finbarr's AC.
