Jimmy’s 10K is organised in memory of Jimmy Murray, Downpatrick school teacher and athletics enthusiast who was one of the founding members of East Down AC in 1987.
This year Jimmy’s 10k is the first race in the Novosco 10K Grand Prix (http://www.novosco10kgrandprix.com) which is a not-for-profit 10km running race competition starting in March 2017 until November 2017. All 13 races will be accurately measured and certified as 10km.

How to Enter Novosco 10K Grand Prix
Runners will submit their entry to each individual race in the normal fashion and the race organiser will provide the relevant entry data to the Novosco 10K Grand Prix organisers. You can register for Novosco 10K Grand Prix at (http://www.novosco10kgrandprix.com/registration)

Cost: Early Bird (10k and Relay) – £14 affiliated / £16 Non-affiliated, Relay – £19 affiliated / £21 Non-affiliated
Cost: Early Bird rates apply until 31st January 2017 only, thereafter £16 and £18 and £25 after online entry closes on 5 March 2017.
Late registration: Available from EDAC club rooms on Friday (15:30 to 20:00), Saturday (12 noon to 15:30) and Sunday (08:00 to 09:30). Please be aware that there is a limited availability and it will be first come, first served. Late fee £25
Merchandise: Technical T-Shirt are available for first 750 entrants.
