Is your team up for the challenge?
 
A relay race with a difference.

5 people per team with one team member running 5km, joined at the 4km
mark by second team member, and so on. Final team member joins at 1km
mark and all team members cross the finish line together.
 
First teams to cross the finish line win in each of four categories: all-male,
all-female, mixed gender.
