RACE REPORT
A record number of participants of 2,1000 signed up for the 2019 Indeed Docklands 5k. This has smashed all previous years for registrations. The popularity of the event was clear to be seen. Crusaders AC are the host club who certainly know how to put on an event. They brilliantly have organised a great club race and corporate team event in Dublins City Centre. The course along Dublins Docklands is fast and flat giving some good times and Pbs for runners.
Crusaders AC also put an after party event for runners to enjoy. Peter Somba of Dunboyne AC won the race in a time of 14:56.. The Female winner was Niamh Clifford of RCSI in a time of 17:45
Club team results were based on gross times and the Corporate teams were based off Net Times.
The club teams results were exremely competitive as there was very little time difference to differentiate the top 3 male club teams. Leevale A.C from Cork were the winners. The female club team winners were Sportsworld RC
