RACE REPORT

The Dublin Grant Thornton 5k Corporate Team Challenge was another fantastic event. Over 5,000 runners turned out to do battle for their Corporate Teams. This event catches the imagination of all Corporate employers and employees. Each year becomes more competitive at the front end. It is also a great way for employees to have some social interaction outside of the workplace. Teams have become tactically astute in choosing their team type structure in male female and mixed teams. As event Grant Thorton and Athletics Ireland hosted a superb event. The race started outside the Grant Thornton building and finished on the opposite side of the river Liffey near the CHQ building. All Particicpant's were treated to a goody, t shirt and sandwiches afterwards.

The Male team winners were the Defence Forces Team A for another year running. The Female team winners were St. David's CBS Ladies, and the mixed team winners were BOI Challengers 1.
