Back for the fourth year, the very popular Glen Emmets 5k is back on April 7th. A beautiful run through the countryside near Mellifont Abbey, this a a great 5k! It's also exactly four weeks before the Drogheda 10k, so perfect preparation! This year we have fabulous finishers medal for Adults & kids! Refreshments served afterwards in Glen Emmets clubrooms. Always a great family day
