Dunleer AC are proud to announce the 8th running of their very popular 4 Mile Road Race, which will take place on Sunday the 15th of July at 3pm. This one of Co. Louths premiere events. It attracts athletes of all levels. In the past many fine athletes have run this event. 

This year there is a course record bonus up for grabs for both male and female runners. The current men's record is Tomas Cotter 19:31 and the ladies course record is Fiona Roche 22:17. Last years champion Paddy Hamilton ran a time of 19:58 and Niamh Devlin was the ladies winner in a time of 23:30
