BEKO Christmas 5k (Drogheda & District AC)
RACE REPORT
The Beko Drogheda Christmas 5k hosted by Drogheda & District was an absolute cracker of a festive event. All the seasons festive colours, music and themes were on show in the Lourdes Stadium running track in Drogheda. The event started and finished on the track with some great fun for all the family.
This has become a hugely popular event in the area and also attracting runners form all over the county of Louth. Other counties represented were Meath, Dublin, Cavan and Down. This years winner was Daniel Stone
The female winner for the second year in a row was the ever popular Catherina Mckeirnan.
