As we move through the next phase of covid restrictions, MyRunResults aim to keep you motivated and ready for some real event action as the road map to running events unfolds.
No matter if you are new to running or a life long runner, we all need to keep motivated. Consistent training helps us achieve our goals and increase our performance levels.
To help you with your weekly training targets we have devised a new feature to log your daily results and accumulate them over the week to get you to your final target.
How it was it works
1. Set your weekly Km target from our menu to coincide with your training plan or desired target.
2. Log your times each time you run to the results portal and track your weekly Progress.
3. You can increase or lower your desired weekly target to match your training needs. This may help you prepare for upcoming road race events as restrictions are eased.
4. Option to purchase a t shirt and medal to keep you going. We also have an option to donated to our chosen charity Laura Lynn children’s charity.
