The Frank Fagan Memorial Duathlon comprises run (10K) followed by a cycle (54K) followed by a run (3K). Participants can take part as individuals or as part of a team. This duathlon is run in memory of Frank Fagan. This is a charity event and all proceeds are donated to the Irish Heart Foundation.

Refreshments are provided after the race, which is also the start, finish and changeover points. Prizes are awarded for individuals (M&F) and teams (M, F, and mixed).

Price of entry is €30 per person (or €60 for a 2 person team) and the race commences at 10am.

Registration Rules:
Participants must be aged 18+ if you are taking part as an individual or 16+ if you are part of a team.
No drafting allowed.
Normal rules of the road apply.
Entry numbers are limited.
