RACE REPORT

Phoenix Park once again played host to another fulfilled family day out with over 500 kids taking part in this beautiful 3km run all on the safe grounds of the grass under the watchful eye of the parents and teachers (oh to be that young and so full of energy again with-out a care in the world)

Soon after this was it was time for the business end of things with the serious runners lining up for the 7km chip timed event - again all on the grass.

The male winner of the 7km was  Shane McAuley in 25m28 with Janette Stricklorwd taking the ladies spot in 32m 25
