RACE EPORT

 

 

A huge success for the Calcutta Run this year with nearly 1,700 registering. This is a unique event organised by the Law Society Of Ireland.  Funds are donated, raised through sponsorship cards and event entry fees.  These funds go towards the Peter McVerry Trust and Goal charites

The event is over 15 years old and the participation rates have increased year on year. It's easy to see why so many attend and raise funds for this event.  Many of the Law firms and corporate sector in the Dublin City area make this their annual running event. The Hospitality that takes place after the runners finish in truly second to none. A BBQ with garden party was enjoyed by all participants with a real family and friendly atmosphere created in the grounds of the Law Society in Blackhall Place.
